Enlightening Exercise Program

 

Working-In + Working-Out Enlightening Exercise Program is the starting point. It lays the groundwork for you to get physical in a new way. Learn how to use exercise to not only strengthen yourself by learning to use proper form in your exercises but at the same time infuse yourself with enlightened ways of being as you exercise. Think of it as meditating + exercising simultaneously.

Feeling the Body

The first step is to feel your body as you are exercising. Because the body is in present time, you will start to become more present. Instead of distracting yourself as a way to avoid the pain in exercise, you deliberately put your awareness on the sensations of you body.

Watch your Mind

As you put your attention on your body and the present moment, your mind chatter will arise. When will this be done? How hard is this going to get? Mind chatter intensifies the more the force arises in the movement. Just watch it. As you watch it, you understand the voice(s) inside yourself. If you keep watching, the voices will start to quiet.

Matching Force

You learn to play with the Force that is within the exercise.  You will see your self as another force that can "match" the force within the movement, rendering it a "zero force". This interaction pushes Presence to expand inside you and to see that force is not solid but permeable.
